Brunswick County, Virginia

Land in place. Partners by design.

Agrocannava LLC is a Virginia agricultural company preparing a controlled, documented property for the state's regulated cannabis market. We are building it with partners who bring real resources, not with capital that asks for the company in return.

Agrocannava is not seeking capital first. Agrocannava is seeking alignment of resources.

A Virginia asset, ready for the right partner

Virginia enacted a regulated adult-use retail market in 2026, with license applications scheduled to open in early 2027 and retail sales to follow.1 Markets like this reward operators who arrive with land, standing with local agencies, and a plan, before the first license is issued.

What we are looking for is the other half: operating experience, infrastructure, and industry relationships.

Start small. Scale intentionally.

Agrocannava LLC is the operating company of a Virginia agricultural group. Our land is held separately from our operations, by design: it keeps the asset protected and lets each partnership be sized to what both sides actually contribute.

We are deliberately patient. We would rather begin with a small, well-run cultivation area and grow into the property than borrow to build ahead of the market.

Every decision is measured against four questions:

  1. Does it preserve ownership?
  2. Does it build long-term value?
  3. Does it avoid unnecessary debt?
  4. Does it align the people involved?

An East Coast market at the beginning

  • A new regulated market. Statewide retail framework enacted in 2026, with licensing starting in 2027.
  • Location. Brunswick County sits on Virginia's southern border, on the I-85 corridor between Richmond and the Raleigh-Durham region, each about two hours by road.
  • Agriculture. Agriculture is Virginia's largest private industry, with a long tradition of row crops and a working network of USDA programs and extension support.
  • Time. Early, documented preparation is worth more in a market that has not opened yet than in one that already has.

Both sides bring something real

We prefer partnerships in which each side contributes tangible value: land and local standing on our side; expertise, equipment, infrastructure or market access on yours. What each side receives follows contribution and performance, not a check written up front.

  • Revenue-sharing and operating agreements before equity. We would rather share results than sell the company.
  • Clear contribution, clear terms. What each side brings, and what each side receives, is written down before work begins.
  • Long horizons. We are building for decades, not for an exit.
  • Small first steps. A pilot that proves the relationship comes before any commitment that is hard to undo.

If your resources fit our land, let's talk

We meet a small number of partners carefully. Tell us what you bring, and we will send the executive brief and suggest a first conversation.
